He gave me a detailed explanation of the entire process, including the estimated value of my property, approximate time to close, and cost out of pocket to me. The contract was fairly simple to understand. I agreed to use a title company of his choice, and all the closing costs were paid by him. I was responsible for paying the taxes on the property to date occupied and that it would be deducted from funds due to me. Everything almost went as promised, but due to inclement weather , closing was delayed for two days. Although it wasn't his fault, he kept me well-informed about the delay status and promised to get it done. Hats off! He did. I definitely recommend doing business with this company .
